| Minutes of Meeting | MOM:BOD #1 Membership fee collection: Membership fee to be fully paid at the beginning of the rotary year,half yearly fees will not be accepted, as decided and agreed by all the BOD members. Membership count: Measures to increase the membership count discussed and will be implemented by Vaishali Barve and Gita Mistry. Elearning kits: Schools in need of the kits to be identified. 200 kits to be distributed. Global Grant Update Global Grant for PHC is approved. Global Grant for Happy School is approved Need to raise a $6000 contribution for the global grant from our club,$3000 already raised. CSR: 3 projects to be undertaken under the CSR fund - Lead by Mandar Kadam a)Anganwadi Project -Schools to be shortlisted and the need analysis report to be submitted by 22nd July. One of the schools to be considered is from Mohol Vasti. Team:Ajey,Keataan,Bhooshan,Manan,Kaustubh,Vaishali Barve,Gita Mistry. b)Drinking water project: To identify 10-15 villages for implementing this project.Mandar Kadam to speak to Mukul Madhav foundation. c)Heart Surgery:Deepa mam to speak with Emcure Pharma and also trying for GG from Philadeiphia. Project report for all the above projects needs to be drafted. CPR phase two: 2 AED Installations - ShivajiNagar Police Station -Charity Office Caroline Johnson visit: Expenditure around 7-8K approved by the club for the meeting at PYC. Scholarship: NO new applications to be accepted.Only existing ones to be continued. Cervical Cancer Vaccination: Dr Umesh Shaligram has promised us to provide 2000 doses free of cost. If this vaccine is covered under the government immunization scheme later on, then we can assist them in administering the vaccines. Website updation and AMC Quotation for updating and AMC for maintaining the website to be shared by Keataan. |
