| Minutes of Meeting | Membership growth updates: Write up regarding the information of the club and activities to be updated. It will be shared with all the members. The members can share it in their connects. E-learning kit: 1 E-learning kit will be provided through Sarasbaug Club. Ajey will be posting the e-learning kit details on various groups. Also other members to gather info on schools requiring e-learning kit. Anganwadi Project: Initial survey to be completed by the team by end of this month. Schools to be short listed after the visit by the team members. CSR: Mihir Sir, Mandar Sir and Deepa mam will look after the CSR funding from the Mukul Madhav foundation through our ex member of our club :Sandeep Patwardhan Cervical cancer vaccination: More details regarding the initiation of the project awaited from Dr.Umesh Shaligram. Synergy project with RC Pristine: Biodiversity Park Project: Meeting to be held with Abhishek Kawitkar for understanding of the project, Post getting the project details. Update on Website and Social Media AMC quotation: 50k budget approved for the same. Ketan to contact the vendor suggested by Mihir sir. CPR GUINNESS world: Decision on-execution of the project will be taken based on the discussion with the consultant. CPR WEEK: To be held from 21st -29th Aug. Responsibilities to be assigned to the members for the event. Training will be conducted for Pune university and Police as of now. To confirm CPR training can be conducted at following places: Working women hostel-Rohit Modern High school-Mandar kadam RSS/Kalmadi/MES- Shirguppi Sir Interact club installation: To be conducted in last week of August. Chandrayaan RYLA: To be conducted on Sep 16th at Kalmadi high school. Our interact clubs will participate in the RYLA. |
