ACP ( Awakened Citizens program) by Ramkrishna mission, Delhi has been started in 3 of our Interact Club schools. It's a continuous program for 3 years for the students of class VI in the schools viz, Bhave School for Boys, Pune-30, New English School Tilak Road & Venkateshwara School in Girinagar. The club has invested Rs 10,000 for each of these schools. Four(4×3=12) teachers are trained from each of these schools by RKM, Delhi for two days. The program is run in 16 modules. In each module the teachers facilitate the students in imbibing the qualities of Self confidence, readiness to take up challenges, awareness of social health and hygiene and environmental protection etc. The schools have set up the annual schedule to run these moduls. Rotarians observe the lessons and maintain the records of behavioral changes that are manifested among the students.
